PDF/A-3 file in accordance with ZUGFeRD

I'd like to know if Idealsoftware plans to make VPE capable to create PDF/A-3 files in accordance with ZUGFeRD.

We do not have such plans. As far as we heard from another customer, there exist 3rd party tools which can convert PDF/A-1b into ZUGFeRD files. (Note to readers: ZUGFeRD is a file format that only applies to Germany for electronic invoices.)

Update: we plan to release VPE v7.40 in December 2024 or January 2025, which will support PDF/A-3b and can embedd ZUGfERD, Factur-X, XRechnung into PDF.
