Is it possible to change character spacing like in Word with Schriftart / Erweitert / Abstand von nnn Pt. ?

As I understand does Vpe print the Charakters in boxes of wanted same length.
But with proportional font does Word for the text iiiWWW enlarge with a wanted Faktor the length of the smaler letter and the broader letter W - which results in a broader 'boxes' for W then for i..
Is this possible with VPE?

This is not directly possible. But you can write your own code to achieve that. Simply render the width of each character of a string, and output the next character a bit more to the right.
